Tuition & Payments

Tuition at Embrace Dance Company covers the full dance season and may be paid in full at registration or through an installment plan.

Families choosing the installment option may select one of the following:

• Two Installments: One payment at registration and the second payment in February
• Monthly Installments: 10 equal payments beginning at registration and continuing monthly from October through June

Installment payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 15th will incur a $25 late fee. Tuition rates are not adjusted for shorter months or weather-related studio closures.

Please note that no refunds or tuition adjustments are provided for missed classes, including absences due to illness, vacations, or holidays. 

Payments can be made through the studio’s online portal or in person.

We accept:

• Cash
• Check (made payable to Embrace Dance Company)
• Credit card (3% processing fee applies) 

A $25 service fee will be charged for any returned or overdraft checks.

In addition to tuition, families should expect the following costs during the season:

• Annual Registration Fee:
  • $20 for the first dancer
  • $5 for each additional dancer 
• Recital Costume Fees (billed around February)
• Recital Tickets

Our annual recital provides dancers with the opportunity to showcase their progress and hard work throughout the season.
